Communication and Follow-Up

We maintain close communication with referring providers throughout the treatment process. Consultation notes, operative reports, pathology information, reconstruction details, and color photographs (including pre- and post-operative photographs when appropriate) are forwarded promptly to the referring office.

Once healed, patients are referred back to the referring provider for ongoing dermatologic care and surveillance.

Multidisciplinary Care and Specialty Coordination

Some skin cancers and cutaneous tumors require coordinated care involving additional specialists. We work closely with a wide range of physicians and surgical specialists throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including plastic surgeons, ENT surgeons, oculoplastic surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, and others when additional expertise or treatment is needed.

If additional specialty care is required, we help coordinate referrals and treatment planning in order to provide patients with efficient and convenient access to appropriate care.
