Insurance Participation
We accept most private insurances, as well as Medicare and Medicare replacement plans. We also accept TriWest, Tricare West, and Tricare Prime for eligible veterans and military families. To verify coverage, please contact your insurance plan or call our office.
Patients with HMO and other plans requiring referrals are responsible for obtaining a valid referral from their primary care physician prior to the visit.
All copays and deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most credit cards. We also accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card and a convenient way to finance your medical expenses or cosmetic procedures. Learn about CareCredit financing, apply online, or pay your bill using your existing CareCredit account.
